Curry Gluten Roll
Ingredients:
DSI Gluten Roll
Oil
1 (chopped lengthwise) Celery root
1/2 package roughly chopped Mushrooms
1-2 (chopped lengthwise) Carrots
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons of water
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
MSG
1.25mL of your preferred soup base
Cooking wine
Coriander
Steps:
Heat pot. Add oil when hot.
Add celery root, mushrooms, carrots to pot and fry until fragrant.
Add soy sauce to color, water, salt, sugar, MSG and soup base to boil.
After boiling, add preferred amount of cornstarch until preferred thickness is reached.
Mix in DSI Gluten Roll and mix until covered with sauce.
Add a splash of cooking wine and coriander to finish.
