Mini Tofu Pow Stir Fry Noodles
INGREDIENTS
1 bag of DSI Mini Tofu Pow
2 heads of bok choy- washed & separated
2 bell peppers- chopped into bite-sized peices
75g–100g noodles of your choice
¼ cup of oil
¼ cup of vegetarian oyster sauce
Sugar, salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
Boil a medium pot with water.
Prepare bok choy and peppers.
Once the pot with water is boiling, add in noodles. Follow instructions on your noodle’s packagin for specific cooking instructions.
In a separate pan, add oil.
When oil is hot, add bok choy and bell peppers. Stir until vegetables are crispy and starting to brown on the edges.
Once noodles are ready, drain out water and add to pan with vegetables.
Add vegetarian oyster sauce and stir.
Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
