Vegan ‘Spare Ribs’ Stir Fry

 

Easy, quick and full of protein!

 

Simply defrost the Spare Ribs and mix with whatever vegetables you’re craving!

The Spare Ribs come pre-seasoned, so no need to add any more flavours.

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegan Citrus Spare Ribs (defrosted)

  • Yellow & red peppers (chopped) (or any other vegetables)

  • Oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Cooked rice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat pan with oil.

  2. Add Vegan Citrus Spare Ribs and peppers.

  3. Stir until peppers and spare ribs are slightly brown are crispy (or slightly brown in the corners).

  4. Add salt & pepper to taste.

  5. Pair with rice or mix with cooked noodles.
